Please keep in mind that we are a print on demand company. This means that all products are created only after an order is placed. All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If there is an issue with your order, processing times may take longer. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Shipping times are estimated around 6 to 10 business days. Please understand that production time and shipping time are not the same thing. Please take into consideration both estimated times for the most accurate expectation of delivery time. When ordering multiple items, it is likely that your items will arrive separately. Not all products are fulfilled in the same warehouse and because of that, orders will arrive in multiple packages. Depending on your destination, delivery times may be more or less than the estimated delivery times listed.
Due to postal service issues (COVID-19, holidays, etc.) outside of our control, shipping times may be longer than estimated.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate. It is not a guarantee!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping and handling fees are included in the price of our products, therefore there will be no additional shipping cost at checkout. As stated above, there are a few products that will require a shipping fee if the destination address is in the following locations:
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, PR, US Virgin Islands.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition and qualifies for a return. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please refer to our return policy page for more details on returns.
